Friends:
I have found that the following drop-down menu code works fine on a standard html page when accessed through a desktop computer, BUT when it's viewed on a mobile device (such as an iPhone or Blackberry) it's not clear how to make the menu actually function, even though it nevertheless downloads well:

Drop-down menu: select a page and this will
take
you there AUTOMATICALLY
------------------
Page1
Page2
Page3
Page4
Page5

Perhaps in order to achieve mobile compatibility, one has to add a "Go" button like the one to the right of the menus here?

Regardless, I wish I knew how to do so in a way that would be compatible with mobile devices. Any advice would be much appreciated please.

How can I get the code to appear as code, instead of as the results emanating from the code?

Good morning! Yeah, there's no preview button - its a known issue :)

Unfortunately, this is a bug in the iPhone OS 2.0 release:

REGRESSION (1.1.4-2.0): onchange events broken for lists with size or multiple attributes

The only workaround I know of is to remove the "size" and (if set) "multiple" attributes on the element. However, since all elements are drawn the same way on iPhone OS, this won't change its appearance there.
