I have found one issue in Device atlas database for Motorola Milestone there is no user agent registered for italy.

Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.0; it-it; Milestone Build/SHOLS_U2_01.03.1) AppleWebKit/530.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/530.17

there are four user agent present for this device but " it-it; " is not present , that is the reason Device Atlas is not able to detect this Mobile in Italy please register this user agent.
