Hi all,

During my support "duties", (mostly for mobile media buyers),
I get asked a lot which carriers can serve them authenticated traffic.
(in which the Msisdn number appears in the HTTP).

Since I don't look forward to compile a list of the world's carriers and
call them one by one, I would greatly appreciate if those of you who knows
about such carriers (by fact, rumor or hunch), tip me about them.
