I find DeviceAtlas.com very useful for our Mobile related applications. But we are developing things in PERL and CGI . So Is there any way to get PERL CGI API's for DeviceAtlas and any other way to convert the PHP API's to PERL.

unfortunately there is not an implementation of the DeviceAtlas API in Perl.
At this stage it is also not planned, but I will make sure it is in our list of feature requests.
