I am having trouble understanding the Video Player properties.
3gp.h264.level11 - Support for the playback of media encoded in the 3GP envelope, with the H264 (MPEG-2 PART 10) codec and in Level 11. Verify that the browser behaves as expected.
I can't find any information about MPEG-2 Part 10 Level 11? Is this the same as MPEG-4 Part 10(Advanced Video Coding) Level 1.1 (the codec discussed in this wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H.264/MPEG-4_AVC)? If it is MPEG-4 Part 10, then which profile (Baseline Profile, Main Profile, High Profile..)? Why call it level 11 instead of 1.1? Why stop at level 1.3 when most of today's phones can support a higher level? If its not MPEG-4 Part 10 AVC, then what is it?
I have similar questions about all of the H.264 properties. (ie: mp4.h264.level13 - Is this referring to the same codec as above with a Level 1.3, but with a MP4 envelope?)
Please help!
