Enabling/Implementing the Toolkit

I am having some difficulty enabling/implementing the Toolkit.

According to different versions of the goMobi user guide that I've found, there are two different tags that I might use in the head of my document...

1) (source: http://gomobi.info/marketing/designertoolkit.html)
2) (source: http://mobiforge.com/instant-mobilizer/page/gomobi-designer-toolkit-user-manual, which directs to another page that generates a key for me.)

I've tried both with limited success.

developers toolkit

for the automatic "mobile friendly" version of the source web site, it mentions some markup language and a developers toolkit. I have pulled my hair out looking for this.
Where is it?

Quote:
====from the faq====
I have mobilized my desktop site using the features in the Advanced panel. However, I wish to exclude certain page elements from my desktop site from being displayed on the mobile site. Is this possible?

read more
