I need to know "How To"
Create a short cut icon link from a users mobile phone to a mobile website!

An example of this is Gmail on a mobile device.

1 - A user enters a mobile number into a field on a web page and clicks submit.
2 - The user then gets a text message with a link.
3 - When the user clicks on the link an icon with a link is placed as a short cut into a folder on the mobile phone.

Does anybody know how this is done across different operating systems and devices.
