iphone error "handler could not be removed"

hello there. generally great plugin! running version wordpress mobile pack 1.2 on wordpress 2.7.1. works great for me except for 1 thing. on my iphone 3g, every page load i get a popup message saying " Handler could not be removed". Not sure what's causing it. Probably a conflict with a plugin? After i click "OK" the page loads fine...

reading around the web, the error message is from some javascript code by scott andrew... i want to edit that code but have no idea if this plugin or some other one is generating it. is that code absolutely necessary??

Ive got two questions.

At the top of my mobile site there is a list of all my Wordpress Pages. All 250+ of them. That list is not on my desktop site. This long list is displayed before the Static Page that is configured. I've poked around a good bit but can't find a way to remove this very long list.

Problem with the Switcher when using new, non-nokia themes

When I tried using other mobile wordpress themes with this plugin, the switcher kept switching to the base nokia theme when I went to the admin pages of my site. I think there is a problem in mobile.php, line 32 where there is an include_once of the functions.php in the mobile_base directory. This makes it impossible to use themes other than the nokia base themes with the switcher. Can something be done about it?

Warnings in Wordpress mobile pack

I'm trying to install Wordpress Mobile Pack into a fairly simple WP installation (www.focus.org.uk).

Viewed on an iPhone, the server correctly identifies and serves the mobile version of the site - but it also displays two error messages above the main page text:

Warning: array_filter() [function.array-filter]: The second argument ‘Array’, should be a valid callback in /home/focusorg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-mobile-pack/plugins/wpmp_transcoder/wpmp_transcoder on line 363

and a very similar warning about

-Threaded Commenting Support
-RTL(right to left) Support
-better capability to be used in any language(now it's needed to edit a lot of files! it's better to have just one language file!)

On my site I have a bunch of social media icons as a widget and they work perfectly. In mobile mode there is a little mail icon next the mailto icon.

WP Mobile Pack doesn't display subpages?

I downloaded WP Mobile Pack and it looks fine on my phone on my homepage, but when I click on the "read more" it sends my phone back to the desktop interface...is there a way to make it so that you can read the entire post in the mobile browser? That seems to make more sense to me...why would it just reroute?

The description says that there is a mobile ad widget that you can use to run AdSense ads...but I can't find it or figure out how to make it work. How do you ad AdSense ads to your mobile page?

mobile phone crash

I have a dumb phone (LG Xenon on AT&T). Up until a couple of updates ago I could use the mobile theme, including the admin stuff.

I have updated WP as well as the mobile theme to the fixed 'beta' version. I have the optimization for Nokia disabled (it was confusing my dumb phone).

I get the mobile login page, click the login button, and my phone totally shuts off. If it were a PC, I'd call it the blue screen of death.
