Hi
Here is what happened:
I installed the plugin and activated it. Set it up and tried it in PC browser and it loaded the site fine. Went to site via my blackberry and got a detection choice page - great. Chose mobile site and it displayed - fantastic.
One odd thing I noticed, it said "switch to mobile site" in the PC browser, but NOT in a mobile browser!
Then on next visit in WP admin, it suddenly locked me out of the whole site, telling me that it could not access m.mysite.com - odd as it should know I am not on a mobile.
So I am now totally locked out of my site! Only way I could access it was to do so via my blackberry.
So I have deactivated what I thought looked a fantastic plugin because it locks me out of my site on a desktop PC.
Anybody know how I can rectify this?
Thanks.

Hi there...
Just so I understand this. Your site works on the Blackberry, but you can't see anything on your PC? What do you see? A blank page, a WordPress error, or a DNS issue?
I should also ask a few other questions:
- What switcher mode did you use? Just off domain matching or with detection too? (I guess the latter if you saw the interstitial)
- What is the site itself? May I look to see?
- What web browser do you use? (in case the detection might have gone awry)
Can I also ask how you deactivated the plugin if the PC was locked out? Via the mobile interface somehow?
Thanks & let's see if we can help you here.

Hi
On my desktop PC, all I could see was an error message in browser saying could not find m.mysite.com.
I used domain + detection.
I deactivated via my blackberry. So basically my desktop browser was trying to access the mobile site, and on my mobile it ignored the mobile site but disaplayed the normal site instead!
You are more than welcome to have a look in case this is an issue rather than me being stupid, how best to send you the WP login details etc?
Thanks

Hi Jason - some notes on the other thread.
Just the URL of your site would be helpful for me. If you want me to (confidentially) take a look at the admin settings etc, that's cool (although please don't feel under any requirement to share your login details!)
Email me at
Thanks
