Hi all, I have just started an online business and I am very concerned about security and what kinds of rules should I pay attention to, for my business. My friend had told me a few days ago about business theft, so I would also like to know about this in a much detailed way. Could anyone help me in my matter?

I think you'll have to be a little more exact in your questioning :)

What do you mean by "business theft"? There are countless ways for people to pretend to be you - there's nothing stopping me from ringing up Joe Soap from down the road, and saying I work for Microsoft, and that he has to pay me 200USD to upgrade to the latest SP.

It's illegal, sure, but it can still be easily done.

As this is posted in the commerce section, I suppose there are quite a few other things that you could be talking about, so I'll hold off until you reply with more detail :)
