I have a few projects that require streaming to mobile phones & would like to know if anyone has used a hosting provider they would recommend. Looking to demo the services for the clients & members. Trying to cover as many phones as possible for VOD only initially, then adding live streaming & conferencing.
Thanks!

I haven't used a hosting company, but I can tell you that at dotMobi we successfully installed a Darwin Streaming server on Amazon EC2 and it seems to be working fine. We tested both the US and EU servers and performance are very good on both.

With regards to device detection, I would like to point out that we are in the process of adding new properties and new tests to DeviceAtlas, you can see the list of properties here on the forums.

Hi,

You can use our free service for mobile streaming hosting. We do the encoding to multiple formats, hosting and streaming. We currently support RTSP and Flash. Flash Lite is coming soon. Also iPhones are supported. Please also do not forget to write your comments to us.
