Long term existing domains use mobi

I have owned insydney.com.au for 10 years.
But insydney.mobi domain was sold to someone who did not own an insydney domain.
They have owned insydney.mobi since march 2007 and have not developed a website.

Mobi seems only to be interested in selling domain names to profiteers.
I was not contacted to find out if I was interested in buying the name?

I have no choice but to find another way of presenting insydney on mobile phones.
When having a mobi domain name would have been my preference.

Hi,
surely not all TLDs will contact you to know if you want to buy a new domain. It is in your interest to buy the domains you care about. Are you buy all the other domain extensions? I assume you are not.

I don't mean to be rude in any way, I actually think you would be annoyed to be contacted by every possible TLD asking you if you want to buy new domains.
