You can view WML in the Firefox browser on your PC, using the WMLBrowser extension, or the desktop Opera browser also supports WML. Very handy if you need to develop WML.

Is there a particular reason you want to develop in WML? Is your target audience on WML-only devices? If not, you should consider developing your application in XHTML MP (or XHTML Basic). It's the future (and the present!).
