I have two wap sites.

One is a .dot mobi
the other is not

but both of them have the same header() settings
and both have the meta settings

The dot mobi validates perfectly
the other doesn't!

Please any help would be great!

Do you know about lmx?

Did you fix the headers issue? When I test either site, the caching test passes in both (although pbwap.com fails the validation test)

Have never heard of lmx... what is it?

I am using firefox on Ubuntu, I know it shouldn't make any difference, but it appears that you get a different reply to me.

PBwap.com still doesn't pass the cache test, but does validate for me.
