Hi,
The W3C mobileOK checker is a great project. It's still in beta however, so it's a risk. From their website:
NB: Note that this service is very experimental: it is based on a beta-released library, and based on a non-yet stabilized version of W3C mobileOK Basic.
Did you consider signing up for the ready.mobi API beta. This could be integrated into a testing tool.
Sure, both Jo and I contributed to this project, and we hang out here a lot :-)
You could wrap the calls to the checker in a loop which passes in URLs found by a crawler. We did something similar for http://ready.mobi
I hope this helps guide your decision.
