Hi! Im a newbie in Android, every time Im going to run my project in Android using eclipse Helios the problem is in emulator only "ANDROID" word with black background appeared, not my desire output which is a phone with a text field that can send message. anyone can help me.. thanks in advance..

Hi
I'm just trying to make the same application (for ipad) as it is in this link:

http://mobiforge.com/developing/story/developing-split-view-based-apps-ipad

but when I try to run the program, it shows only a black screen ipad.
I think because in the project (figure 7 shown in the link above ) splitViewController outlets contain:
* Navigation Controller
* Detail View Controller
but in my project it's different, it doesn't contain these items.

your help would be appreciated (project attached).

Hi all,

I am developing an application a) for mobile devices that support Java applications and b) for Android devices. I am developing this application for mobile devices in India. I would like to know
a) which device (non-touch) is best suited for testing the application developed on J2ME. The device should be such that if I cover testing this one device, then the app should most likely work on all other devices that support Java applications.
