Ready.mobi feature update

Just a quick ready.mobi feature update. We’ve had a few problems in the past with the "weight" of the results page of ready.mobi. In particular the Java emulators and Flash charts can slow down your browser considerably (particularly Internet Explorer). As a result we’ve had a number of requests to add an option to disable the charts and emulators. And that's what we've done:

Turn the charts and emulators off to receive a much-lighter-quicker-to-render page. You can manipulate these controls directly from the URL by including the parameters em=no (to turn off emulators), and ch=no (to turn off charts) e.g.

http://ready.mobi/start.jsp?uri=mtld.mobi&em=no&ch=no

We've got some great things planned for the next major release, but until then, please continue to give us your feedback. We'd love to hear how you are making use of ready.mobi, and what features you would like to see in the future. You can give us feedback using the form on the ready.mobi results page or email us here.

The validator is a nice tool, but I wonder how to get a 5 score: My test site passed all tasks, had no warnings and its score was a meagre 3.75 - so what now?

From the usability front: how about .mobi as default for the site submission?

tnx
