When testing mobile sites on real devices you end up having to visit the same list of URLs on multiple phones. Rather than typing all of the addresses into each phone by hand, or bookmarking them, it saves a lot of time if you set up a simple HTML page with list of links on it. The simplest way to do this is to set up a lightweight wiki and bookmark its home page on each device. Then you can easily add links from your desktop in just a few seconds.

There are numerous light wikis around. The key point is to pick one that uses minimal branding & layout, or one that can easily be stripped down enough to be mobile-friendly e.g. UseMod or PikiPiki.
