    which does not link to anything.

    Does the document exist or is it in preparation?

    If it does not exist, should we refer to the Draft version mentioned just above it?

    It's relevant because the reading list for your developer certification includes this document, not the Draft version of it, and links to this page.

    Could you clarify please?
