Thousands of you have used ready.mobi to test your sites, so we are interested to capture any feedback you may have, and particularly any new capabilities you would like to see. The roadmap for the remainder of the year is being completed, so this is an opportunity to influence the content – let us know what you think.
Release Plan:
June 08: API release – you can integrate ready.mobi testing functionality into your application or environment
August 08: Integration with DeviceAtlas, the dotMobi device database – rich information on performance of your site on different devices
October 08: Benchmarking – how does your site compare against everyone else’s.
Let us know what would make you really look forward to a release, and we will do our best to accommodate it. (if we like it too, and can work out how to do it)
Other items under consideration for inclusion in future releases:
- Monitoring solution (automated ongoing checking of site, with email alerts)
- Support for testing of large numbers of sites via the user interface
- Test a site protected by a login
- Test markup by copying directly into ready.mobi
