Updates keep flowing to the production server as we add new features to the database and to the web interface.
Today we have released a few updates that you can see on our website. A lot have asked for more detailed information about properties and while we thought most names would be self-explanatory it is always good to have a quick handbook to look at. For this reason we have created a new page with a simple table that shows all the W3C properties and all the dotMobi properties. It is linked from the documentation pages, of course, but I’m sure you don’t mind a link from here, DeviceAtlas properties.
Device detection is also a race against new devices coming to the market, so many of our developers want to be up-to-date with the latest snapshot. For this reason we wrote a short tutorial and a URL, of course, for automatic download of JSON updates.
Also other minor improvements to some, but certainly important for usability fans. We have improved the support of Paypal, so now your cart is not emptied every time you go to Paypal and if you cancel a transaction we now manage that much better. Also, when you make a purchase, you get 1 single e-mail with all you need: purchase confirmation, licence key and the invoice in PDF. Make sure you SAVE IT!
